My son’s AC went out on Saturday July 21st...it was a busy day for all companies due to the extreme heat we had and we couldn't find anyone to get out that day...it would be Monday. I called KMP at 1:30 p.m. and they said they could have someone out between 6 and 8 p.m. Someone got there at 4 p.m. had it fixed in no time and didn't charge an arm and a leg! I had another heat and air company come out and they told me that I would have to completely replace my AC system - but I figured I would get a second opinion before dropping that kind of money. KMP was able to fix a leak and recharge the system and got everything running again. It just seemed clear that they wanted to help me rather than just sell me some extremely expensive unit I didn't need quite yet.
